    d’Pilates provides a “hands-on” approach to Pilates and Yoga, with distinctly individualized attention to fulfilling your health and fitness goals. Dr. Deanna Lesmeister, Physical Therapist, brings 29 years of  diverse experience working with all fitness levels and ages including  beginners , intermediates, elite athletes and those recovering from surgeries or injuries.

    Our sessions address physical pains, weaknesses and issues in maintaining one’s  balance.  A holistic mind/body approach is emphasized; results are often immediate as clients experience noticeable changes  in strength, flexibility, endurance and stamina. For the post rehab client, Pilates home exercise programs are provided to meet the health and fitness goals of the physical therapy rehab client.

    d’Pilates offers Pilates mat exercise classes, private Pilates lessons, small group lessons, equipment classes tailored to the individual, instruction limited to 3 to 4 persons.
